Director of Talent Acquisition
Job Summary:
The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for overseeing FRB’s recruitment strategy to attract, hire and retain top talent, as well as developing and executing an effective workforce strategy, aligning all strategies with the company’s business goals. They will oversee all onboarding and offboarding efforts, including orientation, exit interviews, and overseeing the FRB Alumni initiative and database.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment life cycle including attracting, interviewing, selecting/hiring and onboarding top talent.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Manages a pipeline of potential candidates by networking and maintaining relationships with organizations and universities.
Creates job postings and manages job openings through the Applicant Tracking System. Ensures all positions are posted on the company career page.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates by utilizing screening questions and conducting initial interviews for top candidates. Schedules interviews for hiring managers; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Collaborates with the hiring manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Manages all offers and sends letters and NDAs through Docusign.
Acts as the liaison for external recruiting agencies. Oversees agreements and manages a spreadsheet of all agencies along with their specialties. Makes recommendations to hiring managers for positions that we are unable to hire for internally.
Conducts new hire orientation and provides management with onboarding checklists and assistance as needed.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics including staffing complement, cost per hire and time to fill metrics.
Oversees offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, tracking trends. Supports management in terminating employees.
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
